I have always had a passion for working with children. This passion of mine led me to seek roles that involved educating, coaching and mentoring young people. After years of experience and expertise working with young people, I took on several leadership roles which involved embedding a culture of learning for other adults.

Within an educational setting, I have worked in UK OFSTED rated, outstanding schools, taking on roles that involved training Trainee Teachers, Mentoring Newly Qualified Teachers and leading the whole school in delivering an outstanding curriculum in subjects such as Science, PSHCE and Maths. Through modelling, observations, monitoring and feedback, I am able to work with schools and the leadership team to get the best out of their pupils.

After furthering my education, with the best University in the world for ‘Education and Training’ (UCL), I have gained a thorough understanding of policies and best practise for getting the best out of every child irrespective of their Special Educational Needs (SEN). With the ethos that Every Child Matters, I draw upon knowledge as a qualified Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) ensuring learning is child centred, drawing on pupils’ strengths in order to promote accelerated progress and outcomes.

I believe you must never stop learning because life never stops teaching; that’s why I decided to create these courses to work with school leaders, and teachers with the pupils at the heart of it all. I’ve been blessed to have developed a growing audience of trainees who offer me fantastic feedback and have benefitted from my training, modelling of good practice and guidance.

Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for the creative session and excellent exemplars ! I really liked the approach you demonstrated . I feel it will tap into children's natural curiosity, equipping them with the core skills they need, without them even realising it ! I find lessons like these are some of the best. I look forward to having a go!

Kind regards,
